Mountain Star…. One of the most inspirational living experiences in the Vail Valley. Mountain Star consists of only 90 homesites on 1300 acres, providing a peaceful mountain setting for buyers seeking exclusivity and privacy with commanding views.
132 Shooting Star, known as Meadow Lodge, sits on 2.8 acres of land, nestled in an aspen grove, overlooking an alpine meadow where snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking is accessed with ease. Architect Nee Gwathmey’s uique design allows the house to roll with the natural slope of the land, providing inspiring views to the southwest toward Castle Peak. Craftsmanship, authenticity and tradition were of utmost importance in building this special retreat. Known for his attention to detail and knowledge of high mountain building, George Shaeffer of Shaeffer Hyde Construction was the only choice for a contractor – adding great value to this home!
Meadow Lodge consists of five separate but connected structures surrounding a lovely courtyard and surrounded by fabulous heated outdoor patios, with outdoor spa, firepit, playground and a stunning water feature and pond.
